Policies
These policies are in place to honor my time, my health, and my time, as well as the experience of all clients.
Health & Wellness: If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment sick, I will kindly reschedule your service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. No-Show Policy/being late If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be required to place a $50 non-refundable deposit before booking any future appointments. If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment we will have to reschedule.
New Client Consultations: All new clients must book a complimentary consultation prior to scheduling a service. This allows us to clearly communicate expectations and ensures we are aligned on the desired outcome for your hair.
